Mitt Romney expected to call Trump a ‘fraud’ and a ‘phony’ during speech at the University of Utah

Former 2012 Republican nominee and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will speak about the "state of the 2016 presidential race'" at the University of Utah on Thursday, according to a press release.
